FAQ
Can you withdraw bonus funds directly?
Bonus funds themselves are not withdrawable. Once you clear the wagering requirement, winnings generated from the bonus convert to withdrawable cash, subject to the maximum cashout limit stated for that offer.
Do bonuses work on mobile?
Every bonus works identically on the mobile site and the downloadable Royal Reels app. Claim and track your bonus balance from any device running iOS 15 or Android 9 and above.
What happens if you miss the wagering deadline?
Unused bonus funds and related winnings get removed from your account once the validity period expires. Check your remaining wagering progress anytime on the My Bonuses page.
Can new and existing players use the same promo code?
No. Codes like ROYAL10 and WELCOME500 are reserved for new registrations. Existing players use separate codes such as RELOAD50 and CASHBACK10, listed under the active promotions section.
